One of our eagle-eyed members has identified a problem with our log-on process that has meant we had to do a COMPLETE reset of everyone’s password to a computer generated one.
This means that if/when you attempt to log on to the PU3A website to view any details that are in the password protected area you will receive a message saying your log on details are incorrect.
Our guys have now corrected the problem (a result of changes made to the system because of what went on last week) that slipped under the radar
What you need to do is as follows (it is a bit long winded but the best we can do)
You can now log on each time using the NEW password.
We tried to think of a better way - but considering the attempted hack last week we felt it was the best way to be sure that nobody is gaining unauthorised entry.
We are sorry that you have had to go through all this faffing about, but we want to be ultra-sure that your details are safe in the PU3A system.
