Brief Details : London stage regular Simon Russell Beale is to star in a revival of thriller Deathtrap alongside Anna Massey and Glee star Jonathan Groff. A tale of a struggling playwright whose former student asks for help with a new thriller he is writing and pays an eventful trip to his mentors secluded home, Deathtrap was first staged at London`s Garrick Theatre in 1978. Though it was soon adapted as a movie starring Michael Caine and Christopher Reeve, this will be the play`s first major London Revival.

Brief Details : On Thursday 14th - Friday 15th - Saturday 16th an Exhibition of Quilts by the members of the U3A Patchwork and Quilting group will be in St Johns Church in Cathedral Square. 1pm to 5pm on Thursday - 10am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday. Admission is free to all.On Saturday there will be a raffle of a single and double quilt and other quilted items. The raffle is to aid the Association for the Blind in Peterborough. Brief Details : This meeting is held in the reception room at the Town Hall from 10:00am until 11:45am.This month is our annual AGM, tea/coffee will be served from 10:00am before the start of the AGM at 10:25. We will have the Chairmans Annual Report followed by the Treasure`s report and approval of accounts.There will be questions from the floor on the Treasure`s Report. After a short break there will the the Election of Officers and Committee. John O`Halloran will be ending his term as Chairman and their will be an invitation to the new Chairman to address the meeting. This is our most important annual meeting and we wish to see as many members as possible to take part in the democratic process of running our U3A.
